I recently KitchenAid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixer purchased for my house, and loved it. I use it on most of the production of homemade cookies from scratch, a hobby you love AA. Biscuit dough can be very difficult, it is extremely sticky or difficult to mix, hand mixers and I broke up over the years.

When I had the Artisan KitchenAid mixer, I've always been a problem with all the ingredients in the bowl to mix well, so I got out of theManual and saw that the company had built in a KitchenAid paddle mixer bowl game adjustable only for this purpose. You can change the height of the bat in relation to the bowl. I'm not very experienced, so I called the hotline KitchenAid to help me adjust this properly, just to make sure I understand.
